CHARMS Office Assistant
Our band program uses CHARMS to manage student contact information, inventory, music, calendar, and band finances. Parents can check on recently deposited payments and charges to their individual child's band account at their convenience. Click on the image to the left for direct access to public login information.
Please email Mr. Denaro if you need your child's password reset. After your password has been reset, you will be prompted to create your own password immediately after logging in. Keep this password in a safe place.
Also remember that in addition to managing student finances and the band calendar, we utilize CHARMS to post copies of music (percussion and winds), scale sheets, fingering charts, itineraries, Tri-M documents, and more. All documents posted can be downloaded and printed at home.

One of the most important features of CHARMS is our detailed online Pace Band calendar. ALL band events are listed on the calendar, many of which months in advance.
All students, parents, and friends are encouraged to frequently check the Pace Band calendar, since we are constantly updating and adding new band events throughout the year.

If prompted, our school code is pacehsband.
Ludus is a secure website that offers parents the option to make band payments (referred to as a "donation") with a credit card online (much like PayPal).
Understand that Ludus subtracts a small service fee for each transaction made. The fee is 3.5% + $0.50. This amount will automatically be deducted from original listed amount.
Also, your online payment can take up to two weeks before it will appear on your actual CHARMS statement. Plan ahead when using this service.
If you are still interested, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Ludus logo to go to our Pace High Band "payment portal".
2. Click "Donate" in the upper right hand corner
3. Enter the amount you wish to pay (fee will automatically deduct)
4. Click "Proceed"
5. Fill out the required fields - LIST STUDENT NAME UNDER "PHONE NUMBER"
6. Click "Confirm and Donate"
7. You will receive an email receipt.
Online payments will be updated into each CHARMS Financial Statement weekly!
