Composition Competition

As we continue to develop well rounded, musically mature students, this particular competition is for our students who have a passion for composing original music. The next Composition Contest will take place in the Spring of 2017.
Very similar to the Concerto Competition, entries will be evaluated by non-partisan judges, who work in the field of music composition, education, and performance. Each year, the winning composition will be performed and recorded live by a Pace HS ensemble in the spring or following fall semester. The winning applicant may or may not choose to conduct their musical work.
