Our students will be rehearsing from 7:00pm to 7:00am the following morning! Our primary goal for this extended rehearsal is to bond together as a band program musically, visually, and socially, so that we are able to perform at the highest possible level this fall.
As we prepare for this evening, our students are accepting financial donations to help offset the cost of their annual band fees. Flat amounts or donations per hour ( amount x 12 hours) can be accepted. Cash or check (payable to Pace High School) are welcomed. Donations can also be mailed to the school (please include student name).
The first $50 earned will go directly toward covering the cost of general band expenses (props, music, travel, etc.), while everything above this amount will get deposited into the individual student band account. The student with the highest amount of donations will have the entire amount deposited into their band account!
Example: Student turns in $75 in donations. $50 goes to the band, while the remaining $25 goes to the individual student account.
Please log all donations on the band "Rehearse A Thon" Pledge Sheet, and submit it with all money collected by Friday, October 2nd.
